What is Plant Life Meals?

We are a 100% fresh vegan meal delivery subscription service based in beautiful Kirkland, WA — basically Netflix for vegan meals! Vegan means no meat, no dairy, and no eggs! We cook, package, and deliver freshly prepared meals weekly to residents in Seattle, Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Bothell, Woodinville, Kenmore, & Lake Forest Park.

How does meal purchasing work?

You can purchase a one-time order via Try Us Out or purchase a discounted auto-renewing subscription.

For Subscriptions, select the number of days you'd like meals, the number of meals per day, the day you'd like your first delivery, and whether you'd like your subscription to auto-renew. Once you choose the subscription option that's right for you, select your meals from our rotating menu, choose your delivery method (Sunday or Monday) or pick up, and complete your order. Subscriptions set to auto-renew will renew every Thursday, which means you'll be charged for the plan you originally selected when creating your subscription.

After the renewal is processed (Thursdays), you can select your meals from that Thursday until the following Wednesday 9pm. For example, if you place your order on Monday, August 17, the ordering cut-off is Wednesday, August 19 at 9pm, and meals will be delivered on Sunday, August 23 or Monday, August 24. Your subscription would then auto-renew on Thursday, August 20 to set you up for the following week's order.

To select your meals, log into your Plant Life Meals, click "Select your meals", and choose your meals for that week. You'll be prompted to select the number of meals based on the subscription you originally created (X number of days, X number of meals per day). You can add any additional meals to your cart, and will be charged for any additional meals added outside of your subscription.

We’ll deliver your freshly cooked meals on Sundays or Monday 9am-6pm (you choose the delivery day). Any new orders placed after the Wednesday 9pm cutoff will be delivered the following Sunday/Monday. You can pause/skip a week or cancel, or make edits to your cart at anytime.

Are all of your meals plant-based/vegan?

Absolutely! Our meals are 100% vegan (no meat, no dairy, no eggs) and we do our best to source our ingredients locally and sustainably.

How often does your menu change?

We rotate our menu monthly, and provide lots of options from burgers, pastas, salads, and baked goods! Our staple items never leave the menu, and we rotate in new menu items to keep things exciting! Check out our menu page for the most current meals.

Are your meals gluten-free?

We always have many gluten-free options on our menu. All of our gluten-free choices are indicated on our menu. Please note that we do not cook in a certified gluten-free facility.

Are your meals kid-friendly?

Yes! We’ve taste-tested all of our meals and they’ve received a big thumbs up from the kiddos.

I’m not vegan — can I still be a customer?

Of course! You do not have to be vegan to be a customer. Most of our customers are NOT vegan, and they prefer to incorporate plant-based meals into their lifestyle.

What type of containers are my meals in?

We use 100% compostable containers that are made from plants! They are microwave- and freezer-friendly!

Where do you deliver?

Our kitchen is based in Redmond, WA and we deliver to Seattle and the surrounding Eastside region. Specifically, we service the following zip codes: 98004, 98005, 98006, 98007, 98008, 98009, 98011, 98012, 98015, 98027, 98028, 98029, 98033, 98034, 98039, 98040, 98052, 98053, 98072, 98073, 98074, 98075, 98083, 98102, 98103, 98105, 98107, 98109, 98112, 98115, 98117, 98119, 98122, 98125, & 98155. We hope to expand to more areas soon!

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

No! If you are not home at the time of delivery, we’ll leave your package at the address specified when placing your order. When placing your order, feel free to include any drop off instructions (i.e., building entry code). We recommend that you collect your package ASAP and transfer your meals to a refrigerator.

When will my order be delivered?

All orders placed by Wednesday 9pm PT will be delivered the following Sunday or Monday (your choice!) between 9am and 6pm PT for home delivery.

How much is delivery?

There is a $4.99 flat rate for delivery. Feel free to send us any specifications regarding your delivery and we’ll make it happen! And we’ll send you a text once we’ve delivered your meals.

I don’t live in your delivery area — can I pick up my meals?

Don’t fret! You can pick up at our Plant Life Meals Kitchen in Redmond (18348 Redmond Way, Redmond, WA 98052) on Sundays 9-11am. If you are interested in setting up a pickup location that’s convenient for you, please contact us at plantlifemeals@gmail.com and we’d be more than happy to try and accommodate that request!

I've already submitted my order, but need to make some changes -- what do I do?

All good! Email us at plantlifemeals@gmail.com or call/text us at 425-202-3505. We'll help you make those changes!

Can I skip a delivery day?

Yes! You can pause or skip a delivery at any time. To do this, click "My Subscription" in the navigation panel, click the button "Skip a delivery", choose the date you'd like to skip, and click "Skip" to confirm. Skipping a delivery date must be submitted prior to your Thursday subscription renewal. If you have any questions or would like assistance with skipping a delivery date, please email us at plantlifemeals@gmail.com or text/call 425-202-5305.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We're sad to see you go! Click on "My Subscription" in the navigation panel and click "Request to cancel". Our team will process the request within 24 hours. We welcome you back at anytime!

I'd like to change the number of meals on my subscription - how do I do that?

Awesome! You can log into your Plant Life Meals account, click "Subscription" and then click "Create new plan" - you'll walk through the subscription selection process. This update will be applied to your future orders. To update a current order, please contact us via email at plantlifemeals@gmail.com or text/call at 425-202-3505.

Do you provide bulk ordering options?
