I had never had tempeh bacon before and this was AMAZING. The tempeh had a delicious smoky bacon flavor and a chorizo-like texture. I loved it, and I was also very pleasantly surprised by the high protein.

The tofu bacon was heavenly. Smokey goodness that made me a tad sad when it was all gone (would taste amazing in a wrap!). The bacon, combined with the Cesar dressing and croutons made for a bangin’ salad. 10/10 would recommend.
