Mac + Peas
This is our version of a super scrumptious + healthy Mac + Cheese. Using gluten-free chickpea-based pasta (hey, protein boost!), a whole-foods creamy “cheese” sauce, and topped with bright peas, you can have your Mac and eat it too! Served with a side of roasted organic broccoli.

Gluten-free pasta (Chickpeas, Tapioca, Pea Protein, Xanthan Gum), peas*, broccoli*, tahini*, nutritional yeast*, lemon*, extra virgin olive oil*, white miso* [Organic Whole Soybeans, Organic Handmade Rice Koji (Organic Rice, Koji Spores [Aspergillus Oryzae]), Sun-Dried Sea Salt, Blue Ridge Mtn Well Water], tamari (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol), garlic, black pepper.
Remove lid, heat for 45 seconds, until warm.
