Spring Squash Stew
It’s still a tad chilly out, so warm up with this nutritious and flavorful stew. Butternut squash, lentils, and sweet potato are wrapped in a lightly sweet and creamy coconut and tomato broth accented with spicy notes of turmeric, cumin, chili powder, cayenne, and garlic.

Brown lentils, butternut squash*, sweet potatoes*, red onion*, vegetable broth* (Water, Carrots, Celery, Onions, Leeks, Tomatoes, Sea Salt, Citric Acid, Mushrooms, Garlic, Spices, Sea Salt), diced tomatoes, coconut milk*, cilantro*, tomato paste (tomatoes, citric acid), garlic, turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili powder, cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil*, sea salt, black pepper.
